1. Hey hey Amanda, how are things?
Things are swell! I was in Miami last month for Art Basel, which was amazing, not just for the art and people-watching but the WEATHER. I can't say I'm too stoked about the winter weather here, but excited for the year ahead. I have some sweet things to look forward to like a big Europe trip, getting better at surfing, taking a metals class so I can cast jewelry, and I'm starting to write for some other style blogs which is really exciting.

2. What is your earliest memory of your love for fashion?
Hmmm...I always liked the water and was a pretty lucky kid, getting to go to the beach a lot and Disney World every spring. So I can remember swimsuits I had when I was like 5! Fast forward to like age 12 and I remember really identifying with the grunge/skater look. I was obsessed with Nirvana and stole all my dads flannels and brothers' jeans. A few summers later and I was cutting all my jeans really short, rocking oversized polos, bathing in CK One, and listening to Busta Rhymes way too much.
